He allegedly then managed to get the Russians (probably desperate to put together a tournament, given the sanctions) to pay all the team\u2019s expenses, including flights from Bogot\u00e1, luxury hotels, and meals. The \u201cteam,\u201d however, was allegedly just 11 of Mosquera\u2019s pals and a guy posing as their coach.
